How do you become a certified wealth agent?
First you must understand that we have “outlawed” the smoke and mirrors test! We have implemented a systematic process to determine our mutual compatibility. We recognize that we are a unique company with a very unique opportunity and therefore we are not the company for every agent.
We have a much defined process that begins with the attendance of an intimate group presentation about our company, principles, policies, procedures, ethics, goals, purpose and vision. (See our schedule to reserve your place).
Secondly you will have a personal interview with our managing broker where you will both share openly to determine if we have a mutually compatible relationship.
Before going on to the third level of the interview you will have decided that TDCO Realty is where you want to build your lifestyle and create your financial abundance.
The third level is a personal interview with our Founder Tonja Demoff, here you will have a final conversation to determine mutual compatibility.
Fourth step is the transition and welcome part. We hire agents in training groups so you can attend our certified wealth agent training program together. This program is taught by Tonja Demoff personally.
